Did you know?
Ironically, the healthier we get, the higher the risk of restaurant fire becomes. The increased use of vegetable oil in kitchens means the temperature in fryers, pans and woks are kept higher for longer periods of time - any fire is harder to extinguish and appliances are harder to cool.
