40,000 litre tank collapses

A 40,000 litre tank collapsed whilst two operatives were inside installing the inner liner. Although there was significant potential for serious injuries, thankfully no one was injured.

The subcontractor indicated that they failed to apply sufficient number of jacks to support the structure. One very good reason to ensure you employ competent and qualified contractors.
