The Fire Defence service package includes design, project management, installation, testing, commission, training, servicing, maintenance and customer support.  Project management is central to our operations, ensuring clear lines of communication between customer and supplier and a streamlined installation programme, from commission to after-sales care.  Customer care, including a 24-hour call-out for fixed fire installations, is an integral part of the service.

We have a dedicated team of service engineers who, with multi task training given to all our installation teams can deal with any emergency throughout the UK

Contracts are clearly set out and costed taking into account the readily available personnel. Call outs are reduced by our push to resolve issues remotely where clients have adequate local representative.
