Donnington House is an extension to an existing care home. Sprinkler protection to BS9251:2014
Built from the ground up, FDS installed a sprinkler tank positioned within the grounds, pump and an underground main supply to the new building plant room. 
The location of the pump and tank was originally inside the building however due to constraints it was located to the outside (see pump room building below)
From this point of entry, we installed sprinkler protection 
over 3 floors.
Within all bedrooms sprinkler protection has been installed with the use of concealed type sprinkler heads to ensure that the 
aesthetics are not affected.
All installed in CPVC type pipework to enable a quick on site turn around and without the need for offsite fabrication
