Following the successful completion and handover of the shell and core works to the EQ building in Bristol, we’ve subsequently secured the Cat B fit-out works to levels 5 and 6.
Working directly for the main contractors, the FDS team will provide the office fit-out works for the end user.
This will involve relocating approx. 500 sprinkler heads as well as the introduction of a pre-action system for the new server rooms.
The works package is well in excess of £200k and means that FDS will be working on 6 floors of the building for 4 different contractors concurrently.
