Fire Defence Servicing have been awarded the commercial sprinkler and dry riser packages at the Preston Road development in Brighton.
This project will include three tower blocks. One is 12 storeys, the other is 13 and the third building is 14 storeys high. The three buildings are connected at the lower levels by a first-floor podium with ground-floor communal facilities and commercial workspace, and a single level of basement.
FDS will price the dry risers to each of the towers as well as the commercial sprinkler system including lined concrete sprinkler tanks and dual electrically driven fire pump sprinkler arrays to the car park and commercial works space areas.
This project is the third in a row for this client and has a value of 400k.
