FDS is excited to announce that we’ve been awarded the Fire Sprinkler Fit-Out package for Liberty Global – Project Pearl.
This project involves the complete CAT-A interior fit-out of a 3,489 square meter (approximately 37,559 square feet) space across the ground and Levels 01-04 of a newly constructed commercial building on King’s Road, London.
Our scope includes stripping out the existing sprinkler systems on each floor, redesigning, and installing new systems tailored to the upgraded fit-out. In addition, we’ll be making key enhancements on Level B1, specifically within the End of Trip facilities.
With on-site work already underway, we are on track to deliver this £260k package by April 2025. We’re proud to contribute to this high-profile project and ensure safety is a top priority throughout the project.
