FDS are pleased to announce that they have successfully secured the fire protection package for a 200,000 sq ft commercial development with BAM.
The new office block will have eight floors of office space, a fitness studio, café, business lounge, auditorium, event space area and a rooftop bar.
FDS contract value is within touching distance of 900k, which represents our largest project to date.
The scope of works include the following:
2 GRP fire sprinkler tank
1 diesel and 1 electrical driven fire pump sets
3500 sprinkler heads to the false ceiling
1000 sprinkler heads to the ceiling void
Floor zone valves
Full electrical monitoring of the system
2 off dry risers
